Testament of Sister New Devil is a more adult anime with many moments of fan service. The Anime has a good plot line and moves at a decent pace with enough explanation time without seeming to drag on. The fight scenes, once reached, are well animated and enjoyable. There is no real consistency issues and they explain time lapses later on.

If you're looking for a good anime that has action and story with plenty of fan service to go along with it Testament is a great choice.
