I thought I would share a fun way I make a variety workout using my video games.
I love watching League of Legends. Each and every week during the Spring and Summer Splits I watch almost every match in both EU and NA. I developed a work out to correspond with this tournament so that I'm not always just sitting on my back side. I have a variety jar and before each week begins I pull the positions for each game of who's KDA matters to me. Then I pull the work out to go with each part of the KDA. I'll break it down more and share each week's work out from here on out. Here's look at EU tomorrow.
