Week 2 LCS Workout

Afternoon Everyone!

I hope everyone is excited for this week of LCS fun! Last week we gave the teams a chance to start the season without killing ourselves with the massive potential for a lot of kills and deaths.

For those who have not followed or participated before here's how the workout works.

A) Pick the number of games you will participate in.

B) Pick your games before they are played.

C) Once the game is over total the number of Kills/ Deaths/ Assists for the position and then do the allotted work out. [If it 10 jumping jacks for death and you pick the game with support. Supports die 6 times. You complete 60 jumping jacks.]

As the season is now set we will begin this week's match ups.

Death- 10 Jumping Jacks

Assist-10 Squats

6:00pm-

9:00pm-

January 28, 2017

Stream Starts at 2:00pm with wonderful music selections.

Kill- 5 Push Ups

Death- 30 sec. Plank

Assist- 10 Skater Lunges

3:00pm

6:00pm

January 29, 2017

Kill- 5 Crunches

Death- 10 Squats

Assist- 2 min wall sits

3:00pm

6:00pm
